Claims & Damages
Inspection on all packages and reports of visible damage must be made to the carrier upon acceptance. All LTL shipments are marked with the security tape wrapped around the shipment. If a shipment arrives with any obvious damage, or the security tape is not intact, the order has been compromised. Please note any damages with the carrier and take pictures of the boxes and pallet. You are entitled to refuse the damaged portion of the shipment. All damages must be reported within 10 business days for the claim to be accepted. Any shortages must also be noted on the delivery receipt and reported ASAP.
