Returns & Exchanges
Returned merchandise must be in original boxes or it cannot be returned for credit. When returning item(s), shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.
Returns must be made within 10 business days to be accepted from the time the item(s) are received.
Please contact customer service by emailing the address below or submitting the contact form to receive an authorization to return any products. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Any shipment that is refused is subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways.
We do not offer exchanges. You may return the product if it meets the return policy and place a new order. Your credit card that was used on the initial order will be refunded within 3-5 business days of receipt of the return.
